Aerosafe Technologies has developed advanced deburring techniques to ensure burr free components. Deburring is performed in a temperature controlled environment, under 20X-30X magnification using optical and digital displays.

Specialized scraping and deburring tools are used to remove any and all burrs. Complex internal features can be deburred with ease. Electro-chemical deburring and micro-media blasting can be used for high production parts. a part tumbler can be used on less critical parts to cut down deburring costs and speed up production time.

Every part is visually inspected under 10X-40X magnification looking for any and all defects. Defects are corrected or quarantined from the batch.
