    Aerosafe co-op program

    Aerosafe Companies hosts a CO-OP program with Greater Fort Erie Secondary School enabling teenagers in high school to experience the manufacturing sector by working alongside Aerosafe’s machinists. This program has proven to be a great asset as about half of the workforce has been sourced locally through this program. Aerosafe strives to inspire the future of this country by becoming a source of mentorship within the community.

    Passport to prosperity

    Aerosafe Companies was recognized as the 2009 Passport to Prosperity award winner. Aerosafe's commitment to Greater Fort Erie Secondary School and Niagara College has proven to be an invaluable asset to its workforce.

    Passport to Prosperity is an Ontario wide initiative to increase employer involvement in experiential learning opportunities for the benefit of high school students. These opportunities provide students with a chance to explore career options, gain valuable work experience and advance their skills.
