Aero-safe Technologies Inc. has developed advanced CAD/CAM systems to provide customers with solid model manufacturing technology to enable "Art To Part" concepts which allows for reduced design cost, reduced lead time, and design-for-manufacturing.
Aero-safe Technologies Inc. is capable of manufacturing complex precision machined components from solid models without detailed engineering drawings. Customers identify only critical features and Aero-safe develops CAD/CAM programs directly from the customer supplied solid model.
QC Inspection perform independent verification of all features using the CMM and the same solid model.
Aero-safe can import and manufacture with solid models from most CAD packages.

Aero-safe Technologies Inc. 25,000 square foot climate controlled facility is fully equipped with the latest CNC machining technology and equipment designed to handle today's demanding customer requirements.
Aero-safe has developed manufacturing processes that produce complex components with tolerances of +/-.0002" in various materials including Aluminum 2024, 6061, 7075, Stainless Steel 300 series, 416, 13-8, 15-5, 17-4, Carpenter 455, Hastalloy X, Inconel, Invar, various plastics and other materials.
Aero-safe provides complete manufacturing solutions from prototype to production utilizing our extensive internal resources. CAD/CAM Programming, Tool and Fixture Design, CNC Milling and Turning, CNC EDM, Microscopic Deburring and QC Inspection.
MRP System
Aero-safe's MRP system is the E2 System from Shoptech Software. Integrated modules include estimating and quoting, work order, process planning, advanced shop floor scheduling, material planning, job tracking and costing, scrap tracking, data collection & bar coding, time & attendance, resource utilization, preventative maintenance and much more.

Aero-safe have recently purchased two Matsuura MX-520 machines. These machines allow Aero-safe to create precision parts in all 5-axes and create features previously impossible for 3 or 4 axis machining centres. These machines allow for low setup times and high production rates, allowing us to better serve our customers.

Microscopic Deburring
Aero-safe has developed advanced deburring techniques to ensure burr free components. Deburring is performed under 20-30X magnification using specialized scraping and deburring tools then visually inspected under magnification.
